Analyze and develop high speed circuit board designs using digital and analog mixed-signal circuits for audio-video entertainment and connectivity products; define board architect; select components for design; develop system schematic designs; drive practical electronics layout; analyze signal integrity and timing; bring up boards; debug boards; validate design; conduct Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMI) and Electromagnetic Interference (EMC) testing and troubleshooting; modify and enhance existing board design; perform design automation; write detailed technical documentation; and ensure products conform with engineering specifications and regulatory standards.
Requirements – Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field of study and three years of experience with hardware design or Bachelor’s degree and five years of post-baccalaureate and progressive experience in hardware design. Three years of work experience with hardware design and development of high-speed, mixed signal circuit boards using OrCAD, Allegro, Oscilloscope, and Mentor Graphics Pads.
